Unfortunately, my experience was a bit tumultuous. I had to deal with loud knockings from housekeeping, which interrupted my sleep before the official checkout time. This made it difficult to fully enjoy my last morning at the hotel, as I felt rushed out even before my time was up.

Loved the King Studio Suite! Spacious with a full kitchenette made it easy to prepare meals. The refrigerator was a game-changer for storing snacks. Breakfast options included cheese omelets and waffles, but they ran out of items quickly. The pool area was clean, but I wish it had better sun exposure throughout the day. Housekeeping seemed a bit hasty, knocking on my door before check-out time, which was annoying. Despite that, enjoying a welcoming lobby and friendly vibes from staff made the stay pleasant.

Room cleanliness issues!!! I had dirty towels outside the rooms. The maintenance on common areas, like the hallways, leaves much to be desired. Such details should be prioritized to enhance the guest experience!!!
